I have been helping children for 25 years. A full developmental evaluation is time consuming and may be very difficult to perform properly in a busy primary care setting. My consultation takes place in the setting of a quiet and relaxed atmosphere unlike the busy and crowded office of your pediatrician. My consultation can last up to 2 hours. During that time, I will get to know your family with an emphasis on your child's developmental problems. In addition, you will have direct access to the doctor if there are ongoing issues. Most practices have you speak to a nurse; I take your calls directly.

Your child will receive a comprehensive evaluation usually requiring 2 hours. Problems such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), developmental delay, mood disorder, school problems, oppositional disorder, sleep disorder and neonatal follow-ups have complex effects requiring time and patience that goes beyond just simple medication management. In addition to an initial consultation, I will provide ongoing management of these complex disorders that may require close analysis with other health care and school professionals in the community to coordinate your child's treatment plan.
